3D model of Stacker & Loader

A leading MNC in Kolkata collaborated with RHS Engineering Services to redesign their Stacker & Loader line. The project involved converting 2D hard-copy drawings into a parametric 3D model. Components were assembled into sub-assemblies, allowing for quick modifications to meet new design criteria. Finally, 2D detailed drawings were produced to support the updated design.

3D model of Manipulator

The project addressed the challenge of designing a manipulator system through 3D modeling. Finite Element Analysis of Car Jack

RHS Engineering Services performed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on a car jack for a leading Kolkata OEM supplying TATA Motors and Maruti. The client provided the 3D model, and we utilized Pro/ENGINEER Mechanica to identify critical zones. We optimized the design by reducing weight while strengthening weak areas based on client feedback.
